ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
  1. Admin will create/add new users and modify the rights accordingly
  2. Roles & Responsibility will be defined by the Admin on the basis of job profile.
  3. Permission of access management for employees, based on role & documents.
  4. Modification rights are with the creator but deletion rights are with Admin only.
  5. Admin will create the new roles as and when required.

 

COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Problem Noted
  1. Company did not able to pay attention to its due compliances, which are leading to huge penalties and notices.
  2. Problem of regenerating the compliances which are repetitive in nature (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc…)
  3. No track of compliances which are allocated/informed to employees with a deadline.
  4. Currently their staff is using a large number of excel spreadsheets to manage this information, which was a very time consuming activity, as the data had to be entered multiple times and was prone to error.
  5. Their heavy dependence on excel also meant that producing reports and sharing information
    was extremely time consuming. 

 

Solution provided
  1. We created the web application which curbed the organization dependency on excel
  2. The compliances are now re-generating automatically with the features of edit/update/delete.
  3. The task generated is automatically allocated to the relevant employee of the company.
  4. Reports and statistics in graphical representation is now readily available thus, freeing up time for directors to tackle the challenges and providing the client with faster access to more reliable data.
  5. Now the management can clearly visualize the pending compliances in comparison with the due dates and can take prompt action against the critical ones.

 

TASK MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
  1. Tasks are assigned to employees by their respective managers
  2. Tasks will have a heading and a detail section where required details about the task will be mentioned.
  3. Task will also have a time-line where a deadline will be assigned. This deadline can be changed if required by the manager.
  4. Option is available with employee for requesting to increase the timeline and same will be approve or reject by manager.
  5. Employee should also have an option to add tasks to his profile where he will mention details of the task and should tag the person who allotted this particular work. This information will also be highlighted to the employee’s manager.
  6. An employee has an option to assign task to other employees as well. For ex – A’s work is done and it will now go to B then A will complete the task and assign it to B now. The same will be highlighted to B’s manager now.
  7. Any task not completed in time will be highlighted in red.
  8. Any task which is getting close to the deadline will be highlighted in yellow for the employee’s attention
  9. Provision to upload files in the tasks both at the creation and completion stage.

 

REPORTING
  1. All reports have the feature of downloading it in excel & PDF.
  2. Report includes summary of all the software designed by the clients.
  3. A report for all the modification, changes & deletion made in tasks, role and responsibility can be provided.
  4. All the reports should have filter option in all the fields.

COMMUNICATION TOOL
  1. Employees have an option to communicate with each other through our web application portal.
  2. Communication channel to have communication between any two employees and the same will be saved at all times.
  3. Through API, mail will directly be written/send/CC to any employee of the company within Application.
  4. Each employee can able to see the online/offline status of other employee
